You can contact us to make a claim using any of the following ways:

By Phone:

Claims Service During Working Hours: Please ring us at the Church of Scotland Insurance Services Ltd on 0131 220 4119 if you want to report a new claim.

Claims Service Out of Hours: Our normal business hours are 9.00 am -5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If you need advice outside of these hours please refer to your policy document, which may provide a Help Line which will assist. Please also refer to the advice provided under the Claims Advice section. You may also leave a message on our out of hours service and we will respond to you as soon as possible on the next working day.
