Making a Claim (Home Scheme)

You can contact us to make a claim on your Home Scheme policy in a number of ways:

Claims Service During Working Hours

Please ring us at the Church of Scotland Insurance Company Ltd (COSIC) on 0131 220 4119 if you want to report a new Home Claim.

Claims Service Out of Hours: 0845 603 8381

Use this number if you need to make a claim outside of our normal business hours (9.00 am -5.00 pm Monday to Friday). You will speak with one of our insurer partner’s Ecclesiastical Insurance who will be able to assist you.
